I am Munish Pathak, a teacher. My work in schools helps me understand many of the issues they face. Through this website, I try to resolve these problems with practical tools and useful resources. I am always open to your views and suggestions.

What visitors can use

We help schools and offices manage their data effectively and collect information from others. On request, we build customised forms around their information needs. We also help schools organise daily tasks, maintain school reference information and create customised documents with their own details. Our team verifies useful public government orders before publication, and school forms and formats are uploaded regularly.

The public guides explain how to prepare school submissions, create customised school forms and review documents. The document checklist can be used without an account. Where published resources are available, visitors can browse the relevant library. Staff accounts provide a separate workspace for records that depend on an assigned role and office. A login is not necessary to read these guides.

How the material is prepared

The guides are written for the workflows implemented in this portal. They distinguish a practical record-keeping suggestion from a requirement imposed by an issuing office. Published documents and downloads retain their original source and authority. An uploaded copy, a filename, or a portal listing is not a substitute for checking the original document and any subsequent correction.
